To refund a paid for class, please email customer service at bookings@officialjamesspringall.co.uk. We will require:
- Your full name.
- Proof of class booking receipt that was sent to you via email.
- Proof of purchase receipt that was sent to you via email.
- Your reasons for requesting for a refund.
After receiving your refund notification by email and after agreement of returns, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of our agreement to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card or credit card statement, depending on your card or credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective classes*, please contact us at bookings@officialjamesspringall.co.uk to arrange a refund or to reschedule your class.
*Defective classes include:
- Where the class abruptly stops due to our internet connectivity issues and where this cannot be remedied for the class to continue, where this is not the fault of your own internet or wifi connection(s).
- Where the class repeatedly stops 2x or more times during the class and where this cannot be remedied for the class to continue, where this is not the fault of your electronic equipment and your internet or wifi connection.
