We only use the following third parties. We have categorised each party so that you may easily understand the purpose of our data collection and processing practices. If we have processed your data based on your consent and you wish to revoke your consent, please contact us. We will make alternative arrangements with you so that we can continue to offer our services to you. 

• Advertising, Direct Marketing, and Lead Generation
We run social media advertisements for our business using Facebook ads and Google Ads. We do not use an advertising agency or freelancer outside of our business. Any customer data we use for our advertisements are all strictly anonymised and no individual can be identified.

Our web sites are hosted by Clickfunnels.

We use anonymous customer behaviour tracking on our web site using Marketer Magic.

• Allow Users to Connect to their Third-Party Accounts
Where we provide the ability to contact us on our website via our online chat Messenger, this allows you to connect to your Messenger account.

We provide the ability to create login accounts to access your class bookings, previous bookings and to make future class bookings for our services using Bookwhen Limited

• Communicate and Chat with Us
Where we provide the ability to contact us on our website via:

- Our online chat Messenger, this connects with your Messenger account. We use ManyChat for our automated chat bots for a better customer service experience.

- When booking a class, rescheduling or cancelling a class, we use Bookwhen Limited for sending email confirmations.

- Singing up/registering for our services other than that mentioned above, we use MailChimp for our automated email responses for a better experience.

We use Facebook live streaming to host our online classes.

• Invoice and Billing 
All payments for our services are hosted by Stripe and PayPal.

We use BookWhen limited for our online booking system.

• Retargeting Platforms
As part of our social media advertisements, we use Facebook Custom Audiences, Facebook Remarketing, Google Ads Remarketing and Google Analytics Remarketing.


Web and Mobile Analytics
Google Analytics, Facebook Ads conversion tracking, Facebook Analytics, Google Ads, and Funnelytics.


• Social Media Sharing and Advertising 
Facebook advertising.


Section 5 - Do We Use Cookies And Other Tracking Technologies?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

Section 6 - How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

For customers who no longer use our services; no purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 12 months.

For customers who use our services; We will keep your personal information for as long as required for legitimate business running requirements including, being able to keep in contact with you where you have given consent, your medical and next of kin details for your health and wellbeing during the use of our services. If your personal information retention is to exceed 12 months, we will ask for your continual renewed consent for us to hold your personal information for another 12 month period and consecutively unless you inform us otherwise.

All of our online classes are recorded for quality assurance, to support you with our refunds and cancellations policy, and for our customers to supplement your classes with unlimited content. In no way will our customers who attend our classes be identified in the videos outside of our Facebook private group. The class videos are stored in our Facebook private group(s), and our customers Facebook screen names can be identified by use of the Facebook live chat. Should we use the video(s) outside of our Facebook private group, in no way will clients be identified in the video nor by the associated Facebook chat as these elements will be removed. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
